Free Upgrade: Applies to breaks from 1st January to 31st March 2025. When booking a standard room, no cost will apply to the upgrade to a room which is one grade above a standard grade. The nature of upgrade will vary by the Hotel and the upgrade will be to one of: a Signature Room, Premier Chalet, Woodland Lodge (Lakeside), Castle Room (Studley Castle), Deluxe Room (Heythrop Park) or Deluxe Room (Runnymede). Room upgrades are subject to availability and no alternative upgrade can be offered once sold out. This free upgrade offer does not apply to bookings for room grades other than a Standard Room. Supplements apply to additional room features, higher tier upgrades and single occupants.

Lowest Price Guarantee: Applies to 2025 breaks. If, after booking, you find the same break offered for sale at a lower price on our website, you will be eligible for a credit for the price difference to meet the new price subject to availability and the break being for the same hotel, dates, duration, accommodation, package, rate, number of guests and any dining or add-ons you have included. The credit: (i) can only be used against the price of a future break; (ii) cannot be exchanged for cash, equivalent or alternative; and (iii) expires after twelve months. Any amendments made to your booking (other than changes to contact details) will void the Lowest Price Guarantee.

Low Deposit: £20 per person low deposit applies to 2025 breaks other than Christmas and New Year breaks. Deposits paid are non-refundable.

Enhanced multi-book: Savings offer applies only to NEW bookings made by phone with our Contact Centre. One of the bookings must be for 2024. Savings apply to all breaks when you book them at the same time. MULTI-BOOK savings shown are based on two people sharing a room on each booking. The saving shown are total across the breaks booked. Saving will be confirmed and taken off your holiday cost at the time of booking. Offer is only applicable to breaks of three and four nights or more. Savings apply to all breaks in 2024 and 2025.

The offer excludes Strictly Come Dancing breaks. Accommodation, breakfast, dinner, entertainment, spa access and selected activities included. Subject to availability and change. Drinks and other food excluded, unless otherwise stated. Activities vary by site. Supplements apply to additional room features such as balconies and patios, higher tier upgrades, single occupants, early check in, VIP experience, afternoon tea, selected activities, golf, excursions, experiences, hires and spa treatments. Exclusions apply.
